IS THE FESTIVAL FOR ALL-AGES?

Battle, Axe & Tracks is an all-ages festival. However, it is not geared towards children. There are no discounted tickets for youth and strollers are not permitted in the venue. ID will be checked at the door; those over 21 will get a wristband. Please do not get in line to buy alcoholic drinks if you do not have a wristband.


IS THERE OVERNIGHT CAMPING AVAILABLE ON OR NEAR THE SITE?

Battle, Axe & Tracks will not allow overnight camping on our near the site. Security will be checking for campers frequently but luckily we have hotel partners.


ARE OTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

Yes! We are happy to say that Axe Throwing and lawn games are included on a first come first serve basis. Our sponsors are cool like that.


CAN I BRING A CHAIR?

You may bring your own chairs (not higher than your head please) and remember that there are two alternating side-by-side stages so some audience members might move from stage to stage. We will have designated seating areas, dancing areas, alter-abled areas and pathways. There will be limited seating and tables in the food court area for your meals. Chairs will be available to rent each day and blankets will be for sale at the merch booth.


DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR FOOD AND DRINK PURCHASES?

Yes! Battle, Axe & Tracks 2023 is a cashless event. Did we mention that you need a wristband to buy alcohol?


WHAT FOOD AND DRINK ARE AVAILABLE?

We have full bars with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options, you might have heard that you need a wristband to purchase alcohol. There will be several dining options available during festival hours.


IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

ARE THERE INS AND OUTS AT THE FESTIVAL?

There are ins and outs, however, we encourage you to bring everything you will need for the duration of your stay at the festival. This includes medications, warm clothing for the cool evening hours, blankets, chairs and empty refillable water bottles. Your bags will be checked upon entry.


IS THIS SHOW OUTSIDE?

Battle, Axe & Tracks is an outdoor festival. There will be shade under the food court and an indoor VIP Lounge for the VIP ticket holders. The sun sets at approximately 6:40 p.m. in October and layering is suggested. Also, please be aware that we are at a higher elevation in Reno 4505 ft.


CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE VENUE?

Outside food and beverages are NOT PERMITTED at the venue. There is plenty of great food and beverages available inside, so come hungry.


CAN I BRING MY PET FERRET?

No pets are allowed in the venue.


CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR RECORD THE BANDS?

Each artist has different views on the matter and we will announce the artist’s preference before they perform. Please be respectful of their wishes.


DO GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS GET YOU A SEAT?

There is no assigned seating. Feel free to bring a chair or blanket for the lawn. There are chairs for rent on a daily basis and blankets available for purchase.


ADA - DO YOU HAVE AN ADA SECTION?

It is important for us to accommodate all of our guest’s needs. Aside from ADA parking, our ADA section has dedicated seating with a sight line to the stage. There is signage that designates this section and it is available to anyone with a need. Just ask at the gate when you are checking into the venue for directions to the section or an escort.
